Leka Aluminum Profile Wood Grain Powder Coating Electrostatic Spray Paint

Product Description

LEKA (LUOYANG) TECHNOLOGY CO,. LTD.

Electrostatic Powder Coating

Powder coating is a new type of solvent-free 100% solid powder coating, It is generally composed of solid materials such as resin, pigment, filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion and formula.

It is applied to the surface of the material by electrostatic spraying and fluidized bed dipping, and then baked to melt, flatten and solidify into a film.

The shape of powder coating is completely different from traditional liquid coating.

It exists in the form of fine powder and does not contain any organic solvents.

It avoids the pollution of organic solvents to the environment and the waste of solvents themselves.

Production Process

Thermosetting powder coating production process

1. Raw material preparation: Select appropriate thermosetting resins, such as epoxy resins, polyester resins, etc., as film-forming materials for powder coatings. At the same time, prepare curing agents, pigments, fillers, additives, etc.

2. Premixing: Mix the raw materials such as resins, curing agents, pigments, fillers and additives in a certain proportion.

3. Melt extrusion: The premixed materials are conveyed into the screw extruder, melted and extruded at a certain temperature to form a uniform molten material.

4. Cooling: The molten material is pressed into thin sheets through a cooling tablet press and cooled.

5. Grinding: The cooled thin sheets are broken into small pieces when passing through the roller mill, and then conveyed to the air classification mill for fine grinding.

6. Screening: The crushed powder is screened according to the particle size requirements to ensure the uniformity of the powder.

7. Finished product packaging: Finally, the qualified powder coating is packaged to form the final product.

FAQ

Reasons for pricing differentiation of thermosetting powder coatings

First of all, powder coatings are fixed products, and many factors will affect the pricing of thermosetting powder coatings

Reason 1: The difference of different raw materials, such as the grade quality of resin and curing agent, will affect the level of pricing.

Reason 2: the type of powder, different types of powder coating pricing is not the same, and the color, finish, luster of the powder to price.

Reason 3: The difference of spraying effect, powder rate and spraying area will also affect the pricing of powder.
