Production Process

Thermosetting powder coating production process

1. Raw material preparation: Select appropriate thermosetting resins, such as epoxy resins, polyester resins, etc., as film-forming materials for powder coatings. At the same time, prepare curing agents, pigments, fillers, additives, etc.

2. Premixing: Mix the raw materials such as resins, curing agents, pigments, fillers and additives in a certain proportion.

3. Melt extrusion: The premixed materials are conveyed into the screw extruder, melted and extruded at a certain temperature to form a uniform molten material.

4. Cooling: The molten material is pressed into thin sheets through a cooling tablet press and cooled.

5. Grinding: The cooled thin sheets are broken into small pieces when passing through the roller mill, and then conveyed to the air classification mill for fine grinding.

6. Screening: The crushed powder is screened according to the particle size requirements to ensure the uniformity of the powder.

7. Finished product packaging: Finally, the qualified powder coating is packaged to form the final product.
